1. About FAZIRAH

FAZIRAH is a platform designed to help users obtain supported native blockchain assets and have them delivered to a wallet address provided by the user.

FAZIRAH is not a blockchain network, wallet provider, bank, or financial institution. The availability of specific networks, assets, and services may change at any time.

2. Eligibility

You may use FAZIRAH only if you are legally permitted to use cryptocurrency and related services in your jurisdiction.

By using FAZIRAH, you represent that you meet the applicable legal requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Using the Service

To place an order, you may be required to provide information such as the blockchain network, wallet address, quantity, and email address.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to FAZIRAH is correct.

4. Wallet Addresses and Network Selection

You must select the correct blockchain network and provide a valid wallet address compatible with that network and asset.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. If you provide an incorrect address or select an incompatible network, the resulting loss may not be recoverable.

FAZIRAH is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet addresses, incorrect network selection, or other information supplied by you.

5. Quotes and Pricing

FAZIRAH may provide a temporary quote showing the quantity of crypto and the corresponding amount payable.

Quotes may expire after the period displayed by FAZIRAH. Once a quote expires, you may need to request or confirm a new quote.

Cryptocurrency prices may change rapidly. A price displayed at one time may not remain available after a quote expires.

6. Payments

You are responsible for completing payment using the payment instructions provided by FAZIRAH.

Payment instructions may include a bank account, payment reference, amount, or other information. You must follow the instructions shown for your specific order.

A payment is not considered successfully completed merely because you initiate a transfer. FAZIRAH may need to receive and verify the payment before processing the order.

7. Order Processing and Delivery

After payment has been received and verified, FAZIRAH will process the order according to the applicable service conditions.

Delivery times may depend on payment verification, blockchain network conditions, network congestion, technical issues, and other factors outside our direct control.

FAZIRAH does not guarantee a specific blockchain confirmation time.

8. No Private Keys or Seed Phrases

FAZIRAH does not require your private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, or wallet password to deliver crypto.

You must never provide such information to FAZIRAH or anyone claiming to represent FAZIRAH.

9. Refunds and Failed Transactions

Refunds, cancellations, or corrections may be subject to the circumstances of the individual transaction, payment status, and applicable policies.

Where a payment cannot be matched, verified, or processed, additional information may be requested before any resolution is provided.

Blockchain network fees and transactions that have already been broadcast or confirmed may not be reversible.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not use FAZIRAH for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

• Do not use FAZIRAH to facilitate fraud or financial crime.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to FAZIRAH systems or accounts.
• Do not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Do not use the service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

11. Third-Party Services

FAZIRAH may rely on third-party services such as payment processors, infrastructure providers, blockchain networks, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions, failures, delays, or changes caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

12. Blockchain Risks

Blockchain networks operate independently from FAZIRAH. They may experience congestion, outages, forks, network upgrades, fee changes, reorganizations, or other technical events.

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions involve risks, including irreversible transfers and changes in asset value.

13. Service Availability

We aim to keep FAZIRAH available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict services for maintenance, security reasons, technical issues, legal requirements, or other legitimate reasons.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FAZIRAH shall not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including blockchain network failures, incorrect wallet addresses supplied by users, network congestion, third-party payment failures, or unauthorized access caused by the user's own actions.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Intellectual Property

The FAZIRAH name, branding, website design, content, software, graphics, and other materials provided by FAZIRAH are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit FAZIRAH materials without appropriate authorization.

16. Privacy

Your use of FAZIRAH is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and handled.
